17 M is a great little house, it's quaint and just had new floor installed in the living room on the first floor. There is a big kitchen with laundry plus an eat in dining area with a table big enough for a family and guests.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and bathroom. 17M also has a nice porch which is a great place to park yourself on one of the chairs and take in all the action on M street!
